My boss is a strange person. He has a tendency to be overly demanding. He often demands things that cannot really be done and I get pretty frustrated by it. Especially because he asks various people to do jobs that they are not bound to do. For instance, he asked me this week if I could find bistro stools for our canteen. Of course, this was not question whether I could do it. This was more of an order to do it. Quite frankly, if I fail to find decent bistro stools I may lose my job. He gets pretty aggravated if someone does not finish the task that he asked for. One guy was already fired for this kind of thing. It happens that this guy was my close friend. Bob has always had a laidback kind of working style and he did not care much about what our boss said. He just did his job well and therefore, he worked in this company for ten years straight. However, when he completely ignored additional task that our boss gave him he was instantly fired. If you could see Bob"s face when he found out that he was fired. It was saddening to see him leave like that. I do not want to be fired and thus, I am looking for those bistro stools quite vigorously. I mean, what else can I do?
